Happy Wednesday HASfit family!
I have learned to LOVE grocery shopping. In fact, it’s practically my idea of a good time, just ask your coach about the time we spent over an hour at a tiny health grocery store in San Diego! I have changed my perception and attitude about food from a form of comfort and temporary happiness to a wonderful way to fuel my body and a great natural energizer.
Over the weekend, I stocked up for the week and wanted to share with you all what ends up in my cart each and every time I grocery shop. So here’s my clean eating shopping list and a little picture to follow….
