If you love ice cream, but not the guilt you feel afterwards then you’ll love this berry protein ice cream recipe. HASfit’s healthy ice cream recipes are easy to make and can be customized to your specific taste.

Healthy Homemade Ice Cream Ingredients:
1 frozen banana sliced
½ cup mixed berries
½ scoop protein powder
2-3 tablespoons of milk (I used flax milk)

Preparation: using a high powdered blender or food processor, blend the banana and berries for 45 – 60 seconds. At first the mixture will appear like pellets or dipping dots but continue to blend until you see the mixture begins to smooth.

Open and scrape down sides of processor and add protein powder and milk. Continue to blend for an additional 30 – 45 seconds or until completely smooth. If needed, place the mixture in the freezer allowing it to firm up however if not, enjoy your protein ice cream immediately.
