Kettlebell workouts are an excellent way to achieve maximum results in a minimum amount of time. The beginner kettlebell workout will work your full body and includes both a warm up and a cool down. We do recommend having a few bells available so that you can mix up the weight as needed, but it isn’t a requirement. Now let’s get started!
