Arm Exercises Instructions: Complete each set with 30-45 seconds rest in between each set.

JM Press 4 x 12
Reverse Preacher with EZ Curl Bar 4 x 12
Reverse Triceps Extension with EZ Curl Bar 4 x 12
Prone Incline Dumbbell Hammer Curl 4 x 12
One Arm Overhead Dumbbell Triceps Extension 4 x 12 each arm
