Calves Workout Instructions: Complete each set with a 30 second rest in between.
One Leg Donkey Calf Raise 4 x 15 each
Machine Seated Calf Raise 3 x 12 each of toes in, toes straight, toes out
Barbell Standing Calf Raise 4 x 15
Leg Press Calf Raise 2 x 50
