This hamstring and glute workout in the gym is an intermediate difficulty routine. The hamstring and butt exercises are great for both men and women.

Glute and Hamstring Workouts Instructions: Sets x Repetitions. Complete each set with 30-45 seconds break in between.
Dumbbell Sumo Deadlift 4 x 8
Kettle Bell Swing 4 x 15
Machine Hamstring Curl 4 x 8
Dumbbell RDL 4 x 8
Machine Abductor 3 x 15
Dumbbell One Leg Stiff Leg Deadlift 3 x 12 each leg
