This 10 minute home chest and triceps workout is an intermediate difficulty routine. HASfit’s home chest and triceps workouts are suitable for both men and women. The chest and triceps exercises only require a pair of dumbbells.

Chest and Tricep Workout Instructions: Complete 4 rounds of each exercise
Narrow Push Up x 30 seconds
Dumbbell Fly x 30 seconds
One Arm Wall Push Up x 15 seconds each arm
Lying Dumbbell Elbow Out Ext x 30 seconds
One Arm Chest Press + One Arm Iso-Hold x 15 seconds each
