This 10 minute home leg workout is an intermediate difficulty routine. HASfit’s home leg workouts are suitable for both men and women. The leg exercises only require a pair of dumbbells.

Legs Workout Instructions: Complete 4 rounds of each exercise
Dumbbell One Leg Stiff Leg Deadlift x 30 seconds each
Dumbbell Lunge + Squat x 30 seconds
One Leg Iso-Hip Up + One Leg Ext x 15 seconds each
Lateral Drop Squat x 30 seconds
