Dumbbell Sumo Deadlift x 30 seconds
Dumbbell Posterior Swing x 30 seconds
Seesaw Lunges x 30 seconds
Suitcase Deadlifts x 30 seconds (15 seconds w/ weight on each side)
Lateral Lunges x 30 seconds
