Hammer Curl + Overhead Press x 30 seconds
Dumbbell Swings x 30 seconds
Self-supported Dumbbell Row x 30 second each side
Modified Jack Knife x 30 seconds
March in Place w/ Dumbbells x 30 seconds
Push Up x 30 seconds
45 Degree Modified Leg Extensions x 30 seconds
Lying Dumbbell Pullover x 30 seconds
Crunch + Hip Up x 30 seconds
Elbow to Knee Twist x 30 seconds
