Sean Vigue does it again! Here’s an awesome 25 minute pilates for weight loss routine. This pilates workout is great for both men and women. The pilates exercises do not require any equipment.

You may wish to use a mat depending on what surface you’re working out on. For instance, you may want a mat if you’re working out on an asphalt drive-way like Sean 🙂
