The 30 minute fat blazing weight loss workout has three separate rounds with exercises to lose weight. The first round is a cardio round with workouts to lose weight, the second round focuses on the core, and the third round aims at gaining strength. The only equipment needed for the weight loss training is a pair of dumbbells. The workout loss exercises are great for both men and women.

Cardio Round:

Core Round:

Weight Crunches 4 x 30 seconds

Strength Round:
Stationary Lunge + Squat 4 x 30 seconds
Push-up + Mule Kick 4 x 30 seconds
Sumo DL + DB Twist 4 x 30 seconds
Tip Toe Squat + DB Pullover + Overhead Triceps 4 x 30 seconds
Upright Row to Step behind Lunge 4 x 30 seconds
