HASfit’s low intensity cardio workout is great for beginners, seniors, or those with physical limitations. This low impact aerobics routine is for men and for women. Our low impact cardio workouts can be done at home or in the gym.

Low Impact Workouts Instructions: Complete 4 Rounds of each exercise. Try to complete all 4 rounds without resting and only break when you need to.

Modified Burpees x 30 seconds
Side to Side + Punch Out x 30 seconds
Modified Jumping Jacks x 30 seconds
Opposite Arm Raise + Mule Kick x 30 seconds
Run in Place + Dumbbell Pullover x 30 seconds
