Slimming Thigh Exercises Instructions: Complete 4 rounds of each thigh exercise taking a 15 second break in between each set.
 Reverse Lunge + Front Kick x 8 each leg
 Lateral Drops x 12
 Duck Squat Walks x 30 seconds
 Step Up + Mule Kick x 12 each leg
 Dumbbell One Leg Deadlift x 8 each leg
