Six Pack Exercises Instructions: Complete 4 rounds of each exercise
Hello Dolly Crossovers x 30 seconds
Reach Crunches + Iso Leg Raise x 30 seconds
Low Plank + Elbow to Knee Touch x 30 seconds
Lying Fludder Kicks x 30 seconds
Sit Up 1 – 3 Tempo x 30 seconds

Finish by complete 90 seconds of a Low Plank.
