Complete 3 rounds of each exercise:
Kettlebell Push Press x 15 seconds per arm
Kettlebell Alternating Swing x 30 seconds
Single Arm Rows x 30 seconds
Kettlebell Russian Twist x 30 seconds
Kettlebell 45 Degree Lunge + Passthrough x 30 seconds
Single Arm Kettlebell Crunch x 15 seconds per arm
