Let Coach Kozak kick your butt with this 14 minute ab workout for men and women. This core routine is not for the faint of hard (or beginners). You’ll just need a pair of dumbbells for this one. The weight you choose will be directly related to your personal fitness level, but most will use between 2lbs – 15lbs.
