Use these butt toning exercises in the gym to lift and shape your backside. HASfit’s butt workouts are great for both men and women. The glute exercises are designed to be performed in the gym, but can be performed at home with minimal equipment.
Butt Exercise Instructions: Complete each exercise with a 30 seconds rest in between sets.
Bulgarian Split Squat with Dumbbells 4 x 8 each leg
Band Abductor Lateral Shuffle 3 x 10 steps each way
Stability Ball Hip Up 4 x 12
Elevated Barbell Stiff Leg Deadlift 4 x 12
Kettlebell Posterior Swings 4 x 12
