Fruit Smoothie Recipes Ingredients:
1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup organic frozen strawberries
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop vanilla or natural protein powder

In a blender combine the almond milk, frozen banana,
frozen strawberries, chia seeds, and protein powder until
smooth. You may also add 2 cubes of ice and blend into
your smoothie if you prefer an icier consistency.
