Healthy Dessert Recipe Ingredients:
½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
¼ cup egg whites
1/8 cup honey
33g scoop protein powder
3 tbsp coconut flour
½ tsp vanilla
2 tbsp almond milk
Healthy Macaroon Recipe Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees. In a bowl combine all of the dry ingredients first and mix until incorporated. Next add the wet ingredients right in the same bowl and mix well until a thick paste like consistency is formed. Take a tablespoon of the mix into the palm of your hand and form a ball with a flat bottom and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 325 for 12 – 15 minutes or until a light golden brown.
