Protein Smoothie Recipes Ingredients:
1 Cup of spinach
1 cup of milk of your choice (I use Almond Milk)
1 frozen banana
1/8 tsp peppermint extract or 4-5 mint leaves
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
2-3 ice cubes (optional)
Using a high powdered blender combine all of the ingredients for 30 – 45 seconds or until smooth. Top with cacao nibs (optional) and enjoy!
