Squat Workouts Instructions: Complete each leg exercise with a 45 second break in between.
Barbell or Dumbbell 1 1/4 Squat 4 x 10
One Leg Box Squat 3 x 12 each leg
Lateral Squat Shuffle 4 x 6 steps each way (12 total)
One Leg Wall Squat 3 x 30 seconds each leg
Air Squat 2 x 25 reps performed at max speed
