Weighted Crunches x 2 min
V-sit Knee Raise + Weighted Crunch x 90 sec
Weighted Opposite Toe Touch x 30 sec each
Clams 45
Low Plank Opposite Elbow to Knee x 30 sec
Situps 15 x sec
