Dumbbell Leg Raise + Reverse Crunch x 30 sec
Alternating Side Planks x 30 sec
Opposite Leg Raise + Dumbbell Reach Crunch x 20 sec each
Superman Split Plank x 30 sec
Lying Leg Circles x 30 sec
Clam Sit Ups x 30 sec
Dumbbell Russian Twist x 30 sec
Plank x 2 minutes
