Complete 3 Rounds of each glute exercise:
One Leg Hip Up x 12 each leg
1 1/4 Sumo Deadlift x 12
Downward Dog Mule Kick x 12 each leg
Long Lunges x 16 steps
Fire Hydrant Pulses x 15 seconds each leg
