Complete each exercise for 2 Rounds:
1 1/4 Sumo Deadlift x 8
Frog hip thrusters x 12
Alternating one leg hip ups x 8 each
One leg hip hinge x 8 each
Bird dog hamstring curl + pulse x 12
Fire hydrant + pulse x 12
Mule kick + pulse x 12
