Follow Coach Kozak and Claudia through the 20 minutes of Fury exercises to lose weight. This weight loss workout at home is great for both men and women. The weight loss exercises contain both intermediate versions and modified beginner versions. The workouts to lose weight only require a pair of dumbbells to complete.

One Leg Stiff Deadlift + Row OR Dumbbell Stiff Leg Deadlift + Row x 30 seconds
Jump Kicks OR Front Kicks x 30 seconds
Alternating Dumbbell Press (Semi-Supinated) x 30 seconds
Sumo Deadlift + Upright Row x 30 seconds
Side to Side Punch Out + Iso-Squat OR Side to Side Punch Out x 30 seconds
Broad Jump + Reach Jump OR Reach Jump x 30 seconds
Walkout Push Up OR Modified w/ Squat Walkout Push Up x 30 seconds
